Olifantsberg Blanc de Noir
Salmon pink in colour, this delightful wine is made from a single vineyard Syrah, and has beautiful savoury notes and a refreshing, creamy pallet.
The Syrah grapes are whole bunch pressed to ensure elegant extraction. Natural fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks as well as in French oak barrels. The portion fermented in oak adds to the complexity and texture of the wine. Maturation takes place on the lees which gives the wine a lovely richness.
