Olifantsberg Grenache Blanc
A unique style of Grenache Blanc with a lot of finesse. Subtle lime blossoms and green herbal notes along with white peach and quince followed through by a richly textured palate and balanced acidity.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed to ensure elegant extraction. Natural fermentation took place in seasoned French oak barrels & a foudre, adding layers of complexity. The wine was aged for 10 months on the lees contributing to the freshness and richness of the wine.
